Tested automatic backups

Daily backups (weekly for static sites), 30-90 day retention, copy on separate cloud. Monthly restore test to ensure backups are actually restorable.

Performance optimization

Monthly performance audit (Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed), ongoing image optimization, database cleanup, cache management. The site stays fast over time.

Support via ticket + email + phone

Open a ticket, send an email, call: we respond. SLAs based on chosen plan: from 24h (base) to 2h (premium) response.

Small modifications included

Text changes, adding an article, replacing an image, small bug fixes. Minor modifications are included in the fee, not paid every time.

Monthly reporting

Monthly report with: applied updates, closed vulnerabilities, monthly uptime, performance metrics, activities performed. Total transparency.

Complete technical analysis of current site: code, plugins, security, performance, backups, hosting. Report with status and intervention priorities.

We solve all critical problems from the audit: pending updates, vulnerabilities, performance issues, missing backups. Clean starting state.

From month 2: monthly update routine, constant monitoring, periodic optimizations, on-demand client support.

Every 3 months: review call to discuss site status, improvement opportunities, planning broader interventions if needed.

How much does a maintenance service cost?+

Basic plan (showcase site, monthly updates, monitoring): €100/month. Standard plan (e-commerce or structured site, modifications included, priority support): €250-400/month. Premium plan (business-critical sites, 2h SLA, included development hours): €500-1,500/month. Cost depends also on platform and complexity.

Do you maintain sites you didn't build?+

Yes, it's a big part of our work. We start with onboarding audit to verify site status (any extraordinary fix costs declared upfront), then it enters regular maintenance plan. We work on WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Shopify, custom.

What happens if the site goes down at night?+

Active monitoring is 24/7. If the site goes down we receive automatic alert. Response depends on plan: in basic plan we intervene 9am-7pm on weekdays (within 4 hours). In premium plan SLA 2 hours even at night/weekend (with on-call).

Are site modifications included?+

Small modifications yes (text changes, article addition, image replacement, minor bug fixes). More structured modifications (new pages, new features, integrations) are quoted separately as a project. Premium plans have included development hours each month.

How long is the contract?+

Contracts are annual renewable. Cancellation with 30-day notice at year-end. Maintenance makes sense if continuous: with 3-4 months stop, the site returns to risk.

What's the difference between your service and hosting?+

Hosting (Aruba, SiteGround, Vercel) only sells you server space. Our maintenance handles everything running inside: code, plugins, content, security, performance, support. They're complementary: hosting + maintenance = peaceful site.
